Getting started is simple! Book a free workshop call with our design team to discuss your project/product, goals, and how we can make an impact on your business. From there, we will suggest the best way forward, whether it be choosing our growth plan or crafting a custom quote tailored to your needs.

It depends on the complexity of your project. For fixed projects with clear deliverables we create bespoke quotes to satisfy your needs and budget, and we aim to be transparent with costs and timeline expectations early in the process. For long-term projects, or those focused heavily on R&D, we offer monthly subscriptions with long-term support and a dedicated project manager, starting at £5000/month

Upon signing a contract, we kick things off with an onboarding call where we introduce you and your team to our intuitive project dashboard. This will allows you to track progress, request changes, and communicate with our team asynchronously. You will receive weekly updates via the dashboard, and the option to schedule catch up calls every 2 weeks.

If you opt for the growth plan, our dedicated project manager will be on-call with a direct line via Slack, Email, or your platform of choice. They will be available to answer any queries you have, and you can expect a response within 24 hours.

First you book a free workshop with one of our agents. This is an initial 30 minute consultation where we can dive deeper into your business' goals and specific requirements. It is also an opportunity for us to give you some initial advice and thoughts on your project.

From here, if it seems like a good fit, we can draft a bespoke project quote that outlines budget and timeline for your entire project, or onboard you onto our growth plan which offers dedicated long term support for bigger projects - depending on what you require.

For projects, payment typically happens in stages, starting with a deposit at the start of the project (25% of the total project fee) and then the remaining 75% either at the end, or in stages after certain milestones, which are agreed with you in advance.

For our growth plans, payment happens via a standing order, once a month, starting either 7 days after signing of your contract, or on the 1st day of the month, whichever you prefer. You can pause, cancel, or modify your subscription at any time, with 28 days notice.

We can either quote you for multiple separate projects, or onboard you onto our flexible subscription plan which offers increased capacity and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
